Coaching Conversations That Make That Difference
Developing our skills as leadership coaches allows us the privilege of focusing attention on our colleagues during our many conversations we have during the year. As we join with our colleagues, we focus light and attention on the topics of the day. This spotlight lends itself to shining a light on their good intentions, reflecting on their actions, and allowing them time to CELEBRATE and articulate their intentional thoughtful words. This recognition is specific, authentic, and given in a safe place that, over time, builds a trusting relationship. Without feedback it is difficult to learn. With specific positive feedback we are allowing a time of celebration as we deepen new habits emerging from our many successes.
