Policies

Results Coaching Global / Solution Tree is an international company serving the United States, Canada and Australia. We ensure quality and equity to all our participants and as professional developers and educators, we understand the importance of each participants experience. Participants learn about all the services offered and are introduced to a broader network of international coaches.

Non-Discrimination Policy Statement

Results Coaching Global does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff or contractors, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and providing of services.

Complaints/Grievance Policy:

Results Coaching Global welcomes our customers’ views of the service. We understand that from time to time, customers will have a concern or feedback about the service, and we are dedicated to giving careful attention and a courteous timely response to all suggestions, comments or complaints.

Participant Enrollment Agreement:

Participants register online on the website. Registrations will be processed, and seats will be held on a first-come, first-served basis after registration form(s) and payment have been received.

Partial Completion Policy:

No refund for partial completion.

Organizational Payment and Fees Policy:

An invoice will be emailed to the district in the amount of the agreement/contract and completion of services. A second and final invoice will be emailed to the district for the remaining amount upon completion of final services. Payment is expected within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Payment options for events in the US:

To register a team – Please register members at the same time.

Refund Policy:

In the event that there is a need to cancel a registration, RCG will refund all money up to two weeks prior to the date a seminar or event begins. Any cancellations taking place less than two weeks from the date the seminar/event begins will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee, or an alternative participant may attend in place of the person cancelling, if the alternative meets all course/class requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment of one day of instructor costs and purchased travel costs for each instructor if agreement is canceled within 30 days of the first date of the seminar and/or follow-up sessions. The materials for the seminar are copyrighted. If they have already been sent, they are to be returned to RCG with an assurance that a copy has not been retained in any form including, electronic or printed.

If RCG reschedules a live event, Customer’s Event Registrations will automatically apply to the rescheduled event.

Transfer of Credit Policy:

Transfer of credit requires an official certificate from an accredited coach training program and demonstration of the coaching competencies related to level and progress.

Illness Policy:

In the event a participant becomes ill prior or during an event, the participant may make up at no cost in another event.

Substitutions:

To request an attendee substitution, individual/organization will complete and email the “Substitution Form” to billing@resultscoachingglobal.com, at least 5 days prior to the event with the exception of Advanced Coaching, Level 3 seminar.
