Level I: Team Coaching

​​Purpose: To extend the mindset and skills of coaching individuals to the dynamic of coaching a team as an entity.

Outcomes:

  • Participants will identify the characteristics of highly effective teams.
  • Participants will learn new processes that incorporate the skills of coaching an individual into coaching teams as an entity.
  • Participants will study the ICF Core Competencies of Team Coaching.
  • Participants will study the Results Coaching Global Team Coaching model.
  • Participants will practice and receive feedback from each other and the webinar facilitators (PCC Coaches) as they implement Team Coaching.

Audience: This webinar series is designed for those who are coach leaders who lead/facilitate teams. Examples include leadership teams, PLC’s, department teams, grade-level teams, RTI teams, child study teams, and student success teams.

Prerequisite: Leadership Coaching for High Performance or Instructional Coaching

Description: The RCG Team Coaching model is specifically designed for coach leaders who use their coaching skills to coach the team as an entity. Team coaches will learn to use assessments and processes with teams that address productivity and relationship as areas of potential growth in team effectiveness. The essential skills of Committed Listening, Powerful Paraphrasing, Presuming Positive Intent, and Reflective Feedback will be revisited and applied with the focus on coaching teams.

Cost: $1,125

This course is approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and will count toward a participant's credentialing as a Certified Coach.

In the event that there is a need to cancel a registration, RCG will refund all money up to two weeks prior to the date the seminar begins. Any cancellations taking place less than two weeks from the date the seminar begins will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee, or an alternative may be sent in place of the person canceling, if the alternative meets all course prerequisites.
