This month we have talked about ADVICE – why it does little to grow people and their motivation! You have been reminded that, “You’ve got options!”

Remember that most people want to do a good job and feel they matter. The responsibility of a leader is to acknowledge, affirm, and give reflective feedback generously and often. Your mission – and we know you have accepted the mission – is to grow people – their thinking, their motivation, their creativity, their energy, and their potential.

So keep on making that difference in each and every adult and child you are blessed to have the influence upon! Your words and language matter and make the difference – – that they think you believe in them!
