For over 20 years, as friends and business associates, we have been building and living our dream of working with school leaders across the nation, supporting them with ongoing leadership development, and witnessing the growth of their skills as “coach-leaders”. In 2002, as Coaching For Results, DBA Coaching School Results, we began our mission of sharing the power of coaching with fellow school leaders and watched as the power of coaching impacted personal and professional performance in thousands of leaders. As we became credentialed professional coaches we soon formed an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) through the International Coaching Federation in 2009. Our school provides options for all educators or anyone to pursue a career in professional coaching.

In 2015, we formally changed our name to Results Coaching Global, LLC, founded by us: Karen Anderson, Vicky Dearing, Kathryn Kee, and Frances Shuster. Working with or alongside us is a team of outstanding contractors delivering seminars and coaching or working behind the scenes, supporting all the business components of RCG. We value them, deeply, personally, and professionally for their core values, coaching and instructional expertise.

In the past couple of years, we have thought a great deal about the next generation of RCG and ways to keep the dream and mission alive, when we are ready to step down or slow down. After many conversations, seeking and examining for the quality criteria we sought, we identified Solution Tree, a highly respected educational company, meeting our criteria, to embrace our work, pick up the baton, and carry our mission into the future. Highly respected for the services they deliver to educators and recognizing alignment to RCG, we believed that bringing RCG into their family would be a win/win for us both – a dream come true, a mission continued.

On January 3, 2022, Results Coaching Global was formally purchased by Solution Tree, a quality company led by outstanding leaders. What does this change mean for you, districts and individuals whom we have served for years? It honestly means that the RCG will continue to serve you, just as we have in the past, and it means that RCG will have the opportunity to expand, grow, and serve more schools across the nation and beyond.

It means that RCG will be in great hands and that we will continue to train and coach clients, just as we have been doing. It means our mission to continue to grow coach leaders will live on and grow. Now that is a dream come true!
