Parent Conferences To know and understand the purpose & goals of parent conferences, date(s) and timeframe
Duty To share, discuss and understand the expectations for the duty schedule
Summer School To outline the summer school schedule, identify courses and teachers needed and determine next steps
Budget To discuss and accept the parameters of next year’s budget; priorities, funding limits and time frame that will guide each department’s budget preparation
Professional Learning To identify the top 10 priorities for summer professional learning based on student needs at this point in time
Classroom Management To review and renew acceptance of the Handbook steps for teacher response to student behavior – section 6
Staff Celebrations To discuss ideas for celebrating staff throughout the year, determine a calendar for celebrations and select a staff committee to lead

Make this year and the next be more strategic and productive as we apply this powerful idea of Outcome-Oriented Goals to our meetings. After all, we have learned the most important things that matter: Results, and Relationships!!!
